Terms of Service

1. Provider and agreement

Bouncr is a creator software service operated and maintained by GitHub user osilas1. Support and legal notices can be submitted through the Bouncr website issue tracker. By using Bouncr, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. What Bouncr does

Bouncr helps creators generate, review, schedule, and transfer original simulation videos to supported services. A scheduled time starts a transfer; processing, moderation, and final availability remain controlled by TikTok and may take longer.

3. Your account and authorization

You must use an account you are authorized to control, keep your device secure, and promptly disconnect access you no longer want. TikTok authorization is governed by TikTok's own terms and can be revoked by the user.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain responsibility for content and metadata you submit. You must have all necessary rights, follow applicable law and TikTok policies, identify commercial or AI-generated content accurately, and avoid unauthorized music, deceptive metadata, spam, copied content, and promotional watermarks.

5. Creator control

You must review the preview and choices before confirming a schedule. Bouncr does not select privacy on your behalf. You can cancel a queued job before processing starts, but a transfer already initialized with TikTok may not be reversible through Bouncr.

6. Availability

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, local device shutdown, network problems, API limits, account restrictions, moderation, or third-party changes. Do not rely on Bouncr for emergency or legally time-critical publication.

7. Acceptable use

You may not bypass safeguards or rate limits, access another person's account without permission, distribute credentials, probe the service for abuse, upload unlawful material, or use Bouncr to automate inauthentic or misleading activity.

8. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended when necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform rules, investigate abuse, or maintain security. You may stop using Bouncr and disconnect TikTok at any time.

9. Liability and mandatory rights

Bouncr is provided with the care required by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the project is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or successful third-party publication. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing terms

The law applicable at the operator's place of establishment applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or mandatory jurisdiction rules in the user's country. Users should first contact the project through the issue tracker so concerns can be reviewed promptly.
