Get help with Bouncr access, account connection, scheduled transfers, and local data controls.

Product access

To ask about Bouncr availability or supported Windows configurations, open a request using the contact route below. Include the type of creator workflow you want to use, but do not include account credentials or private media.

Contact

Open a request in the Bouncr website issue tracker. Response times are not guaranteed. Never post TikTok credentials, access tokens, private addresses, or other confidential information in an issue.

Disconnect TikTok

Open the Bouncr Creator Dashboard and choose Disconnect. The app asks TikTok to revoke the active token and then removes locally stored tokens.

Delete schedule data

Queued jobs can be cancelled. Finished, failed, and cancelled jobs can be deleted from the Queue section. The desktop application stores scheduler data locally; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Failed posts

Keep the displayed TikTok log_id when available. Check that the account still grants the required scope, the video meets current limits, and the scheduler remained running at the selected time.
