Frequently asked questions

What is Bouncr?

Bouncr is a Windows creator workspace for producing original physics-based simulation videos and reviewing, scheduling, and tracking an approved publishing transfer.

Who is Bouncr for?

Bouncr is intended for creators publishing original media they are authorized to use. It is not intended for copied content, spam, inauthentic activity, or accounts the user does not control.

Does Bouncr ask for my TikTok password?

No. Account sign-in and consent take place on TikTok's authorization page. Bouncr receives only the authorization and permissions the creator grants.

Does scheduling happen on TikTok's servers?

No. The Bouncr desktop scheduler waits locally and starts the requested transfer at the selected time. The computer, application, and network connection must therefore remain available.

Can Bouncr select privacy automatically?

No. The creator must manually choose one of the privacy options currently available for their account before a job can be scheduled.

What happens after a video is transferred?

Bouncr displays the available upload and processing status. TikTok controls processing, moderation, and final availability. Inbox uploads must be completed by the creator inside TikTok.

Where is scheduler data stored?

The desktop application stores connected-account and scheduling data locally on the user's device. See the Privacy Policy for the complete description.

How do I disconnect or remove queue data?

Use Disconnect in the Creator Dashboard to revoke account access and remove locally stored tokens. Queued jobs can be cancelled, and completed, failed, or cancelled records can be deleted.

How can I get help or ask about access?

Use the contact route on the Support page. Never include passwords, access tokens, or other confidential information in a public request.
